How can I check if something is missing from my order?

All of the things you need to solve your case will be inside the case envelope. This is the A4 glossy envelope with the case name on the front and the description on the back.

Here's a checklist of what you should expect when you order a case:

Corkboard Poster: You’ll find this inside the case envelope.
Upgraded Content: If you purchased an upgraded package, the alternate endings will unlock on our website once you’ve solved the case.
Food & Drink Pairing Guide: If you've ordered an Ultimate edition, you should have been emailed a PDF which has a link to the Food & Drink Pairing Guide. Open that link and enter your order number to get access to them.
Video Walkthroughs: If you've purchased an Ultimate edition, the PDF with the Foodd & Drink Pairings will also contain a link to the Video Walkthrough for your case.
