We meticulously check all of our evidence is in the pack but if there is something missing - don’t worry! All evidence can also be accessed digitally by scanning the QR code on the detective letter included in your case.
At the top of every hints and tips page will be a button that reads "Check Evidence". That page will have every piece of evidence needed for your case, so go through that and check with what you have in your envelope.
If you do find you're missing a piece of evidence, we hope that you'll still be able to solve the case using the online documents ,but we'd really appreciate it if you let us know that something was missing so we can ensure it doesn't happen in the future! Just drop us a ticket and tell us which case you were playing and what piece(s) of evidence you couldn't find.
