For our cases, we recommend laying out as much of the evidence as you can in your gameplay area. Once you have done that, read the Detective Letter. The detective letter should have some kind of police logo or bade on the top, and one or two QR codes on the bottom that will take you to the hints and tips page. Read the detective letter to get some early instructions on how to solve the case.
