We try and make our cases challenging so they're more rewarding once you solve them, so sometimes it is easy to miss a clue.
The first thing to do is to scan the QR code on the detective letter from your case. This will take you to the hints and tips page for that case, where you can get advice for whichever part you're stuck on.
Don't worry, each section within the hints and tips has different levels of advice, so if you only need a little push in the right direction you can get help without revealing the whole answer.
The detective's guide booklet will also have some guidance on how to progress in the case. Our newer cases also have QR codes to the hints and tips in the detective's guide for that specific case - so don't ignore it!
