We have very high standards with our internal fulfilment team. This means our orders are sent over to Royal Mail within 24 hours of the order being placed, with a very small error rate.
Royal Mail tracking problems such as the "we're expecting it" message showing for a long period of time are usually due to Royal Mail's machines not scanning our packages correctly or falsely rejecting a batch.
If this is the case, please fill in the Check Order Status form and include how long the "we're expecting it" status has been showing. This helps us to identify when a batch has gone missing faster, and we can re-send your order to you ASAP free of charge.
