What is your shipping process?

We aim to send out all orders by 3pm the following day. This can include orders placed before 10am the same day. Our amazing fulfiment team carefully hand-packs each order to ensure you're getting the games you ordered. 


This rate means that if there is incorrect information in your order (address, name etc) you have a very short window to correct this before the order is passed on to Royal Mail. 


If you need to make a change to the address, please use the Address Change Form as this is the fastest way we can make the change. 


Once our fulfilment team has packed your order, Royal Mail Collects it from our warehouse and it is then scanned into their system. If your Royal Mail tracking hasn't updated in two days then you can fill in the Check Order Status form which helps us to identify any possible missing batches, and re-send any missing orders as soon as possible, free of charge.
