Claiming Loyalty Points

We're thrilled to have our loyalty point system up and running now. 

Don't worry if you've completed any of the cases before this point, as you can still claim loyalty points for each case you've cracked. 

To claim your loyalty points, head to this page on our website:

Make sure you have an account, and that the account email is the same you used to place your order. Once you're signed in - choose which case you want to claim your points for, and enter your email. 

Going forward, you should be able to easily claim loyalty points when you complete a case and access that case's answer page.
