Faulty links, no email

We played this game on valentines evening! It was a complete flop! The QR code kept timing out and said “bad gateway” so we were unable to access clues. When we emailed th detective Ollie it took 30 minutes to receive a reply. We gave up. Eventually an email arrived and the anonymous letters wouldn’t load on the webpage. Absolutely embarrassing for a date. We gave up completely and started a film.

Sent a message to customer services and they have us double loyalty points and a code to order a free one.

Same experience here, then they blocked me & others on Instagram for speaking about it. The browser errors and terrible experience are one thing but to then engage in an effort to stop people discussing your mistakes as a company is unforgivable. I've requested a refund and will be pursuing one till I get it.

Same experience here, the links now working, and on the odd occasions we managed to get on the pages it took rediculous amounts of time to load anything. very disappointed and ruined the whole evening. Not what we expected and very frustrating.

We had the exact same issue. First time playing and truly disappointed. We emailed off the poison and never heard back for 1h 15min and none of the links were loading. A complete flop and wasted Valentine's night

We experienced exactly the same. Links not loading. Bad gateway. Having to refresh over and over again. Email off Ollie took 30 mins. Letters from Nathan’s mum took 1 hour in total to load and view all of them. Really disappointed. Date night was a complete flop. We saw it through but it’s taken us 4 hours and a lot of beers!
